Who out there doesn't like Target? I mean, I can't go in there without buying something (or many somethings). Now, they have what are called The Shops at Target. They did this a few months ago and had a lot of cute clothes, pet toys, and beauty products. Well, they just debuted new shops yesterday and here are my favorites from the collections.
