Workout Recovery

I work out with a personal trainer once a week to mix up my routine and get in a hard core burn session.  Usually after the workout I am left fatigued and in need of a major pick me up.  I usually head over to Planet Smoothie and pick up what I call my "workout recovery."























I get a small Big Bang with protein and a liter bottle of water. The Big Bang is strawberries, bananas, and vanilla and you can choose either the protein blast or the workout blast.  We tend to do interval training with weights so I opt for the protein every time.  This smoothie is DELICIOUS!
